Kevin entered the mortgage industry as a staff appraiser for a Savings and Loan some 19 years ago. That position quickly morphed to him running a unique team of combination loan officers/appraisers. Being able to adjust with an ever changing enviroment has led him on an exciting journey that has allowed him to experience virtually every facet of the business from senior management to originator.
